Dominic is a graduate of the University of Hawaii-Manoa, and has been employed at ACM for 20 years. He is highly experienced in the appraisal of all types of commercial properties, proposed subdivisions and condominiums projects. He is also well-versed in the appraisal of leasehold interests, single-family properties and vacant land. Dominic is a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He and his wife Massy have three children and reside in Wailuku.

Len K. Inokuma, CRA-645
Vice President

Len is a graduate of the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, where he majored in Real Estate Finance. He has worked at ACM since 1999 as a residential appraiser and is a Residential Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. Over the years, Len has appraised hundreds of homes and has developed a deep understanding of the residential market. His assignments have included some of the more complex residential properties on the island. Len and his wife Dayna live in Kahului and have one son.

Shane M. Fukuda, CGA-810
Vice President

Shane is a resident of Kahului and is a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He was formerly a Senior Station Manager for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. before joining ACM in 2004. Shane is highly experienced in the appraisal of all types of commercial properties, proposed subdivisions and condominiums projects. He is also a seasoned researcher and has developed several market studies for various clients.

Ashley M. Haleakala
General Analyst

Ashley majored in Finance at the University of Hawaii-Manoa and graduated in 2005. She started as a summer intern at ACM and this position eventually developed into a full-time arrangement. Ashley has demonstrated excellent skills as an Analyst as she pursues her Hawaii general appraiser license. Her research and analyses have encompassed vacant land, commercial and industrial properties, and residential real estate. Ashley and her husband Blaze have two daughters and reside in Wailuku.

Briana A. Heu
Residential Analyst

Briana was an employee of ACM in 2007 and 2008 before moving to Minnesota. After a year there, she decided to return home to Maui and is again our newest hire. Briana’s position requires that she enhance her knowledge of residential properties, conduct research of comparable sales and listings, and analyze trends in the market. Briana is working toward becoming a state licensed appraiser in Hawaii. She resides in Kahului with her daughter.
